Research Engagement with IN@IU

What we do...

End-to-End Support: We leverage our domestic and international partnerships to provide end-to-end networking support for international collaborative science. See our list of partners here. We work with traditional “big-data” science communities (e.g. astronomy, genomics, high performance computing, biodiversity, climate science, and others), but also focus on supporting lesser-known, smaller projects with increasing international data transfer needs.

Education and Training: We also provide educational opportunities for researchers and IT staff via workshops, webinars, and the creation of training materials.

IN@IU also organizes domain specific workshops that include scientists, campus network staff, and backbone provider staff. These workshops facilitate discussions between scientists and network engineers regarding the characteristics and requirements of their data. Previous workshop involvement from our team include:
